The Times Higher Education Student Experience Survey (SES) 2017 has revealed that according to our undergraduates, Brunel Library is joint first for its good Library provision and opening hours.
In total, 122 institutions were included in the SES 2017.
Margaret Weaver, Brunel’s Head of Library Services comments:
“We know that the University Library and learning resources are at the centre of the student experience and make a big difference to student success. Student feedback about our services is always welcome and these results confirm our commitment to all our customers and learning, teaching and research.”
The Student Experience Survey covers the period between October 2015 and June 2016, when we conducted a range of events, classes, pop-ups and feedback periods- all to enhance the student experience and get feedback for what we could do better.
We believe the Library is central to a student’s experience of University- and we’re proud that you feel we’re doing a good job.
