Some users with the new @my.brunel.ac.uk accounts have found that Library notices have been going into their spam box. It is not necessarily affecting all users or all notices, but please be aware of this. We’re working to get this resolved asap, but in the meantime you might want to make sure you’re checking your spam folder frequently (that’s quite a good habit to be in, anyway).
If you do notice your notices going into spam, you can use the “not spam” button at the top of each email, or add the Library to your contacts. Our emails appear to come from email@example.com but in fact you need to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts, as that’s the “secret” address that actually does all the hard email work!
