You asked us to open the Research Commons for longer each day and to make the space available for taught postgraduate students, as well as research postgrads and staff. During the trial period, until Easter, taught postgrads will have access and the area will be open between 9am and 9pm every weekday.
To celebrate the beginning of the trial of extended opening the Library is holding an Open Day to which all staff and postgrad students are invited to visit the Research Commons (Floor 3, access from green staircase). This is an opportunity to both find out more about what we offer for researchers and to tell us what you want.
On Wednesday 23 January come and visit us between 2 and 4pm to find out about support for researchers, BURA and Special Collections, plus how we can support your teaching, learning or research.
