From the 17th of April, Link Brunel will be offering Guided Relaxation sessions in the Library every Tuesday evening of the Examination Period. These techniques can help to relieve the symptoms of stress, and will help you learn how to release tension in your body and clear your thoughts.
The sessions will run every Tuesday in the Library Seminar Room (Floor 2), starting at 7pm and running until 8.30 pm. All Brunel students are welcome, and there’s no need to book.
