Link Brunel is running a theme based session on Tuesday, January 31st 2012 on Selfishness. Often selfishness is seen as a bad or evil motivation. But is it always negative, narcissistic or antisocial? Can selfishness sometimes be positive or even a good thing? Necessary, positive or even healthy?
This session will allow students to explore their views and discuss when it gets in the way and how it could be used in a positive way. The session will start at 7pm and run until 8.30pm. No booking is needed, but please make sure you get there in time for a 7pm start. As usual the session is running in the Library Seminar Room, on Floor 2.
