We are pleased to announce the completion of refurbishment work on Floor 1, and that the University has given approval for Phase 2, allowing work to go ahead on the remainder of the original building (floors 2 & 3). Work on this phase will commence on August 1st, by which time all work will have been completed on Floors 0 & 1.
As before, the Library will stay open throughout these works, and please be reassured that we will be using extended loan periods and a bookfetch service to minimise the disruption as we bring this major project to completion. We are currently finalising the plans for this and will release details soon.
